SPRING GATHERING 2010

Friday October 22 - Sunday October 24, 2010 in Canberra, ACT

The Gathering begins at 3pm on Friday and finishes at 3pm on Sunday.


YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE EXACT ADDRESS ON REGISTRATION.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO BOOK EARLY in order to get your earlybird discount (by September 10th). Please call Lilitu on 02 6230 2272 or email lilitu.teapot @ gmail.com (take out the gaps if you cut and paste the email). Your booking should be accompanied by your deposit of at least $50. Call Lilitu for any questions.

On booking, you will be sent a form to fill in so we can fulfil our insurance and safety obligations.


This year the Spring gathering is being held in the same venue as 2009, at a scout camp near the Cotter River. The accommodation is superb, with comfortable bunk beds, air con and heatings, with showers and toilets in each cabin. Some cabins have small kitchens as well, and there are some semi-private rooms that fit 4 people.

Your costs, detailed below, include all accommodation, meals, tea, coffee, snacks, workshops, rituals and the feast on Saturday night.

 

ADULT full weekend including all meals, accommodation, workshops and rituals from 3pm Friday 22nd to 3pm Sunday 24th October is $170 (earlybird registration by September 10th is $150). There are no discounts for camping at this venue.

Children under 15 Full weekend $110 (or $100 earlybird registration by September 10th)

Children under 5 only pay for accommodation - $75, except babies are of course, completely free. Venue unfortunately does not offer discount for children's accommodation as it is essentially a children's camp)

Adult Full weekend without accommodation $120 includes all food, workshops, rituals. (Earlybird by Sept 10th $105)

Adult Saturday only (including workshops, breakfast, lunch plus the evening ritual and feast) $80 (Earlybird by Sept 10th $70)

Children under 15 Saturday only $50 (Earlybird by Sept 10th $40)

Sunday morning only - MARKET DAY is $50 including breakfast and lunch ($30 for under 15s). Market traders are welcome to come along for breakfast and set up for 10am and stay for lunch.
